I mix tuna with cooked rice, a splash of rice wine vinegar, black and white sesame seeds, and a little sesame oil to stuff it into fried tofu skins for my own version of Inari Sushi.
truffle salt is indeed wonderful... i love to sprinkle a little over sandwiches with salami, tomatoes, provolone cheese, and fresh basil. truffle butter is also fantastic... especially when you dip...
