I love making ice cream at home with my Cuisinart (2-quart model). If you haven't you should get David Lebovitz's book, it is great and it has a ton of recipes.

I bought this model a few months back and I love it. I have made some wonderful creations in it. It is great to have a 2-quart container so you can have more of the good stuff you make.
