I also love seeing the mixed age/gender rooms. So many of us are in spaces where we don't have the luxury of a single room for everyone, or if my kids end up being like my siblings and I growing u...
Agree, agree, agree with all the posts about no sippy cups. My 10 month old drinks from an open cup or a straw. I am a speech pathologist and there is a huge movement against the sippy cup becaus...
I think it's a cute idea. I would have loved it when I was a kid and it would have saved my cousin's nose from the giant gash she received from the brick we used to prop the blankets--ouch! My mom...
I must sweep the floor at least every two days because with dogs and a 9 month old crawling around, the dog hair can get pretty disgusting if the floors are not swept at least that often. I also c...
I think the people who can't get past the crib are most likely parents and that's our number one job: to make sure our children are safe. I can't get past the crib either because it looks so dange...
I like this fabric, in fact, I have a nursing cover in the same print. But I also am totally into orange right now and I love the before. Thinking of doing my baby's room in oranges when we move ...
Good old LL Bean never disappoints me. They have a cute Adirondack kid's picnic table and kid's chair. Maybe a little big for her now, but she could definitely grow into it and it would be useful...
Ouch, tough crowd. I don't think it's the worst thing I've ever seen but also not totally the most creative either. As for the comments about there not being stuff all over, I think I would have ...
I think the best way to make a sandbox safer is to get a cover for it. The sand boxes I grew up around were litter boxes for the neighborhood cats. Eww.
Hoorah for doing this! I love using cloth diapers. My favorites are Bumgenius...just can't say enough good things about them. Worth every penny you spend on them. Using disposables now makes me...
Yuck! All this does is remind me of all the stupid non-stress tests I had to have (and am still paying for) at the end of my pregnancy due to elevated blood pressure, despite the fact that my baby...
Love this! I am into fabric landscapes right now after taking a felting class recently, and as a quilter. Also love the train set! I have already started collecting train sets for my little guy w...

I agree, not at all boring! So thoughtful, simple, and just very tranquil. Well done!
I agree, I think it's really, really ugly.
This is icky and it made me gag.
