You can also use the thinnest smear of painters caulk on the edge of the tape onto the wall. Same idea as using the original paint but works if you can't find the old paint.

I have one and love it! I'm especially happy that it hangs nicely and out of the way on a coat hook when not in use.

I think the hardest part is that, in our house at least, the used cloths and towels pile up on the counter. I have a laundry bag for them but I never seem to be able to keep up. Not such a huge dea...

When my son started chewing on the rails I just moved the bumper up and tied it around the top of the rails. There is a couple inch gap that I put in the back but he never seemed to notice. He just...

The bed looks room and board-ish but I couldn't find something identical on their site. I looked at west elm too but nothing. Hmm.

Any chance you could provide a little more detail about the bedroom fixture? Did you rig the ceiling mount to accommodate the 3 globes or was it something available stock? Any more info would be g...

I second the storage ottoman idea. We used 2 from target ($50 or so, brown, faux leather) as a coffee table for a while and recently pushed them against the wall under 2 windows. They're great for ...

I think the mirrored closet doors in Liam's room are a bit odd. I always think of them as a bit low budget and it's weird to see them in such a fancy space. Hmm.

Oh the Hamburglar! I broke my leg playing on one when I was 7.

I was just thinking about getting some oilcloth to cover my son's play table but I think I may try this instead. Thanks!

My son chewed on the top crib rails when he started teething so I tied it to the top part of the crib and it stopped my little beaver immediately. Now that he likes to jump and bounce around the cr...

We did the same as cheekychk and used the crib bumper to keep our beaver baby from destroying our crib. It looks cute and works great!

Loki- I love those beds too. They are from Room & Board I'm pretty sure.

On the plant front you could try to make a small edible section with some salad greens and herbs (lots like shade more than sun). Looking forward to seeing what you end up with!

Can we have a whole house tour?! This place looks awesome!

Sigh, my R&B sofa is also saggy in the same way. Glad to know I'm not alone.

My fav so far!
