For a quick and delicious meal, I cook ground beef with peas and onion, add some soy and oyster sauce for flavor. Serve it with rice and for added richness, add a fried egg on top. Yum!

I usually turn the pan upside down, trace it with a pencil and cut. I've never had a problem so far.
