The zebra thing sounds hideous...don't do that to that lovely chair. Really, it is a rare, rare occasion that animal prints succeed in any look other than tacky.

My apartment is so small/awkward that almost every item of furniture is in the only space it will fit...otherwise there would be some occasional rearranging, for sure.
How about saving them for people like me who actually need them, rather than want to decorate with them! They are already insanely expensive and hard to find, as is...
