I use Nature's Miracle Odor Clumping Litter and am pretty satisfied. It's basically dust free, is corn-based, and is also flushable. I use cat pan liners from Biobag to avoide the plastic bag issue.
I always keep one of these in my bag. It rolls up into it's tiny case and when you pull it out you can carry groceries, library books, etc. It's roomy and strong!

I discovered 3R when buying a sigg bottle last spring. It's filled with great products and is an easy walk from the Park Slope Food Co-op!
