Do you think this would work with colored tissue paper? To thin and fragile?

It may be from Target, but I also saw ones very similar if not the same from World Market last year. I bought my mom one in a different color for Christmas. :)

I think these are cute and playful. They are also a lot more affordable than other decals I've seen.
