olive oil, onion, garlic, pasta, some kind of frozen veg. with these, i can make a meal.

a favorite of ours is slow-scrambled eggs with sauteed vegetables and onions and goat cheese. serve with pita or toast. mm!

i usually use egg substitute when i am making something that requires less than one egg. i never miss the yolk, and it's easy to just pour a couple tablespoons.

sounds like you could achieve the same flavor much more easily by just cracking an egg over hot pasta.
