This looks similar to the format of the plate sculpture sold at Pier 1 Imports.
"Brick Shit House"! It's a big, brick home, (duplex/rental), with no insulation in the walls. Gorgeous hard-wood floors, though! :)
You could easily find fixtures like this at a salvage shop...tons of them.
