The chairs in the catalog have four legs though instead of a singular base, so they must have modified that somehow. Maybe that was a custom change in addition to the upholstery?
I think this has been sold in the States for a while as I have seen this exact vacuum while looking for a stick vac a couple months ago. Here, it goes by the name of Electrolux Pronto.

Ikea sells square pillow inserts, as they also sell the pillow cases. Also try your local craft store, they generally have them as well.

I might be wrong about this, but I think the pattern's called damask. Maybe do a search on that?
