Don't buy the Ikea appliances. The designs are cute and the quality is probably fine. But they say Ikea prominently on each one. I would buy them if they didn't have the Ikea Logo.

What about a light blue green like a pale version of Tiffany blue? You can get some matching Dupioni silk curtains and it would be very serene.
