The "Image Preview Extension" for Firefox changed my Craigslist life. I really can't recommend it enough. You don't have to click on the listing anymore just to find out the pictures are terrible...
eFax or j2 are both good also. I use j2. It's free for incoming if you're willing to have a random area code.
I've never used outgoing, but they have never failed me.
