love that table-top color. could be fun to play from that, lighter or darker tones.

I would paint the legs a different color (if you keep the piece white or light gray, then black). To bring attention to them. Great lines.

Suggest light gray and dark gray stripes--close together at bottom, angle to wider at top. Would accentuate the architecture. And look more elegant/grown up.
