I don't think anyone needs to be afraid of Mall events. I have always found the "crowds" reasonable. Just avoid the very nearest Metro stations after the fireworks.
Yeah, that's typically UpperNW, alright. But how can AT, in good conscience, link to an article claiming that "with a new baby, the family neeeeeeded more room" than their 2-bedroom Georgetown condo.
Hooray! I understand the concerns of independent furniture businesses, but upper 14th street still has a ways to go and could use an anchor. Plus I'm an R&B fan.
I think it's gorgeous... but I could never bear to rip out period details in the Wyoming. I live in a nearby but more modest co-op from the same period and fantasize about filling apartments in th...

Sorry, I meant to insert a plus sign in that generally inarticulate comment!
I love my Calvin Armoire! Form function...
I love it precisely because it looks a little austere.
"Still looking" for a location?
I'm jealous that Room and Board didn't contact me! I should email them to support the choice of location.
Suggestions for good places/ events to buy art under, say, $500?
See, I like the first one better, but then, I'm told that my decorating choices make my home cold.
Agreed, but I especially want a nearby Room and Board.
