My family has a strange way of doing things... over easy to cook the bottom, but then use water and steam to cook the rest. It's a cross between fried and boiled. Super runny and yummy :)

Gruyere, tomato, spinach, garlic, a little balsamic and a ton of basil. We just use the oven now, but a panini maker would be killer!
