I use my convection oven (slowcook-100 degrees) to proof all of my bread doughs. It cuts the time by 1/3.
My favorite cold reliever is hot Dr. Pepper with a lemon slice. It really tastes better than it sounds. I was also curious if one could use powdered ginger in place of the fresh?
For anyone interested, the highest temperature you can use crockpot inserts in the oven is 350 Degrees.
