I also have a collection of old cameras, with the difference being that they all belonged to my grandfather, who was a professional photographer. It's my favorite collection.
I love it. The bedroom could use artwork or something big and showy, but the rest of it looks great. It seems much more livable (for me at least) than much of what I see on AT.
Really, nasty comments aren't necessary. This article isn't about burning wood, it's about decorating, and rudeness isn't called for.

My mom's been doing this for years. She leaves the pumpkins white for Sept-Oct and then paints a few of them metallic gold the 1st of Nov and leaves them on the porch through Dec.
To get smooth tops on the bowls (which I've always done with air-filled balloons, never had one explode before, hope it stays that way) put a cookie sheet in the oven to get it hot, hold the bowl u...

The only time I cook with fresh pumpkin is for Thanksgiving stuffing, which I bake in a pumpkin and serve with pieces of the flesh. Pumpkin and stuffing covered with turkey gravy, yum.

I've made chocolate sugar cookies in a waffle iron before. I don't remember why I did it that way, but they were good with ice cream sundaes on top.

I bake my Thanksgiving stuffing in a pumpkin and serve it with slices of the squash beneath. Topped with gravy it's super tasty.

Orange and brown. Wood is brown, and that's okay, but nothing painted brown and no brown textiles. Yuck. And orange is just plain horrid.

Just a slight correction, Lodge's enameled cast iron is made in China, while the straight cast iron is made in the states.
