I don't know if this would work in the states, but I live on a small island in Canada and my mom put a "no junk mail sticker" on the inside if her mail box, and she hasn't gotten any since.

Tile is paintable, although a BIG job, and not reversable...do a diy and frame the mirror with a glossy black frame (wood and spray paint from the hardwear store) then just add some cool accessorie...

I also love the dining room wall ! is it chalkboard paint? also, where are the table and stools from?... very cute!
