So much potential. The living room doesn't look quite yet warm to me - so much black and white and barely any textiles. Maybe a rug and some curtains? Then again, maybe the photos are deceiving me.

I lived by the Rubin's in Milwaukee when I was in college and constantly wandered the store in envy. Now I can do that here! Woohoo!
