Why is it people so often ignore the question? The question is not "how do I solve my dog getting on the couch", rather it is "how do I deal with cleaning in this situation". I see this repeatedl...
My husband and I are both ironing fans. We both like to wear nice clothes for work - and that means serious ironing because we like to keep dry cleaning to a minimum. Occasionally, I'll iron line...
I think add the sea glass blue to the rug & throw pillows as well as arranging the furniture so that the side chairs flank the mantle (if the space allows it) and put some coordinating art behind/a...
Weird, I thought it was directed at me. The name and all. I second the used item selection. Alternately, a cheap desk with a matching file/tabouret type deal might work really well.
I like the idea of a pleated or roman shade that just covers the window area. I wouldn't necessarily duplicate it across the room, but I would pick up colors.
My friend used these at her wedding and no one could tell it wasn't a fresh-cut floral bouquet. Much greener than using flowers that last a day, and it will last a long, long time.
I'm allergic to wasp stings - should I just let nature take its course? Toss the epi-pen and just let evolution take its course?
I certainly understand some things - don't park yourself unde...
The blue is also thought to ward off wasps (because the wasps would be tricked into thinking it was sky instead of a dark safe place). The haint blue is also good for making it feel just a bit coo...
I despise motion sensor lights. Probably because they are usually hooked up to blinding horrid floodlights that completely eliminate any night-vision and they don't adequately light so that night-...
What about running the old mattresses through a wood chipper, sterilizing the "shavings" and creating new throw pillow/couch/whatever stuffings? As opposed to just folding in the bugs and what not...
Unlimited access to fabric? It might be really cool to put a silvered mesh curtain over the greige (grey green) wall. Otherwise, I would follow the idea of working with the woods. Strong shapes, ...
I've tried these. They do feel stiff at purchase. Soften up marvelously and are luscious for a while.
Then they mold. The foam is too dense to allow for complete drying, at least ...
I guess I would want to see more of the room. I like the way the black pulls the color of the trim on the pillow cases, but the white looks more ethereal to me. I'd go with the white.

I've been using the new Breeze system to fabulous results.

I love the headboard system. Doesn't work in my space, but I can see where it could be used to great effect.

Better than a FEMA trailer. You could almost fit a microfridge with burner tops by the door.
I have a Roomba, but these are even better!
It's an interesting idea, but I don't like the climb into the bathtub notion. Wet, wet feet, and a climb sounds like a recipe for a visit to the er.

I like the idea of sheers. What about combining the mullions and sheers to create a window look?
My ragdoll cat likes to distribute hair everywhere. EVERYWHERE. Like it is a gift.
