we have some of this toilets in Budapest also in restaurants and theaters. Another clever idea i've seen is a plastic wrap around the seat, that changes after every use.

how about a simple timer, or just a wall clock in the bath? spending more than $100 on three leds... and two batteries that need to either be recharged or wasted... not green at all.
