The white paneled walls and concrete floor make it look like an Apple store. While they're somewhat pretty to look at, I'm not sure I'd want to live in an Apple store.

Not to be picky, but Fishtown is well within the limits of Philadelphia proper. It's just primarily residential and post-industrial, so there aren't high rise buildings and such.
You could step up to the Grado SR80s for $100. It really depends on whether you want open or sealed. Open sounds better in almost all cases, but will bother people around you and don't block out ...
