I wish my Bay Area Peninsula City would collect food scraps. It's ok to put vegetable scraps in our "yard waste" but that's about it.

if you don't want to call them individually, use somebody like greendimes. and when you buy stuff in the store, tell them you don't want catalogs. most big chains now can do that for you on the spot
