I agree on the thinner border and different background color- I like the way the pictures popped off the black of the old site. It works for me though which I like.

I really like the whole wall of exposed brick, but I think the deliberately exposed bits in the other room take away from the overall effect. Regardless, this post was well written and informative...
The store looks interesting, but I wish the piece itself were longer and revealed a bit about the history or the owner. There must be a story behind the name at least...
