I finally, after all these years, started wearing gloves to wash dishes and guess what? It works! But even so, winter is brutal to the skin. I use Avon Intensive Moisture Therapy:
I have 2 cookbooks - the original Betty Crocker that my sister gave me as a gift, and my spiral bound, plastic-sheathed notebook that I keep my printed recipes in. When I find a recipe online that...
I make something very similar using Pillsbury pie crusts, frozen mixed vegetables and cream of celery soup. Basically, a vegetable pot pie baked into individual hand pies. YUM!
I'd like to find a way to make the hamburger pumpkin without using actual meat. For one thing, it's wasteful. For another, it will attract even more critters to my front porch than I have already...
There must be different regions of the South, Emily G., because my family is deeply southern and sweet cornbread is a no-no. Sugar is for tea, not cornbread.

I'm so happy to see someone else say Chinese food! I always thought it was a weird little quirk I have. For some reason, it just does the trick. And definitely 7-up.
If the dinner isn't too fancy, how about vegetarian chili? It can be made in advance in slow cookers, served buffet style with bowls of sour cream, cheese, diced tomatos, tortilla chips, etc. for ...
Awesome! I am so happy to see this administration taking such a proactive approach to encouraging local farms. Maybe a reevaluation of farm subsidies will be on the horizon.
Here is the fail-proof method I have been using for years:

Oh my. I'm preparing to move to the Columbus area and I can't WAIT to get my hands on this milk!
I love roasted beets! Mmmmm so good. Think I'll grab some this weekend.
