aah. thanks for setting the record straight on this one. i've always had issues finding this seemingly simple yet hard to come by ingredient. at least i know i'm not crazy!

my cake preference is mocha--sometimes a full on chocolate cake lacks flavor, and i prefer my frosting to be the source of the chocolaty goodness. also a big fan of carrot cake.
