Great idea, but will stores actually allow this?

Not a very inspiring place to live/work.

Not a fan...

definitely a DIY opportunity. Gotta be cheap. My only concern is that cup rings would easily show up, but I guess if you could make them yourself I'd have little reservations about tossing the old ...

I've got one and it's great

This article is caught up in all sorts of stereotypes. Some may be true, many of my friends just don't care what their place looks like, but this doesn't mean that they necessarily have no taste an...

That's the most incredible thing I think I've ever seen. Two things I've always wanted, a home theater and a bat cave, in one! Why didn't I think of that before!

so cool. wish I had a use for them

I plan to change all of my light switches to insteon dimmers as well as the rest of my table and floor lamps. Then I plan on getting a universal remote with macro capabilities so that I can control...

Realtor said my place was around 600 sf but turned out to be 530. Nevertheless, going into it I knew that most all real estate agents approximate on the high side so I took this into consideration ...

I don't know of any specifically, but they've got to be out there. Worst comes to worst, just drill a few holes in the existing base. Why do you need to secure it down anyway?

Love the place. I'd be more than happy to move in :) Where are the chairs on the roof from?

Those fusia chesterfield chairs are pretty incredible.

There's so many factors: size, material, price range... I just had a custom made parsons style desk made of walnut that is just fantastic.

Yeah, definitely depends on the quality. If they can deliver HD or even DVD quality SD, I would do it right away (depending on the price and terms of course).

I agree with a lot of the comments above. It's too much matching for me. Too expected.

Thanks

I am interested in framing some photos and other mementos to hang on a wall in my small bathroom, but I'm concerned about the steam from the shower. Has anyone done this?

Yeah, I think a recessed water wall could be great there.

The dining table is fantastic. The rest... not so much. While I am all for including foreign antiques in design, it is not done with sophistication here and looks clumsy.
