Made it tonight! Was great flavor, but not as smooth/creamy as I hoped it would be. Still, with whole wheat rotini and some chicken as protein, it was a fabulous meal.

I found this a tad bit bland. I had to add more pepper and a bit of salt. Also, perhaps I cooked the leeks too long, but the color of my soup was quite a bit darker green! Still it was tasty after ...

I went to my garden store today who told me that it was too late for arugula or spinach?! Im so confused...

I would love to grow arugula!!!

I loove soft-boiled eggs with runny insides! Reminds me of when my mom used to cook for me. A little bit of kosher salt on top is all I need. yum!

I love toffee during the holidays! I love peppermint and cinnamon, but the smell of hot chocolate is divine in front of a roaring fire!
