For a party size larger than a couple of friends, each guest can randomly pick a number and be responsible for that item or aspect of party planning... It's potluck taken to the next level!

I would actually prefer a corner unit, especially in an apartment or on a tightly packed street, as the corner units get much more ventilation and light, and that's critical to a good home.

We hit upon the idea of using a basket on top of the fridge. Having them in the changing table/dresser was a pain to run in everytime we needed one.

I'd say, put them on Craigslist or Freecycle, they will find a good home with an Etsy crafter or someone starting with their first kitchen.
