I don't have an anxiety not to be trendy, but I do find it irritating when something I've loved FOREVER in my decor is suddenly everywhere. What kind of makes me sad is when something I loved befo...

How does the electricity get to the termites? I don't understand this at all. After reading their site, I think I'd be a lot more likely to try the cold or heat treatment. Both of those sound a ...

I think some of the octopus trend, especially those like #1, is coming from the Steampunk aesthetic.

Change the locks? Make sure you're allowed to do that in your lease agreement. As a landlord, I'm happy to have your locks re-keyed at my expense when you move in (in fact, I probably already had...

The best post EVER on AT. I actually laughed until I cried and my nose was running.

Not my style but one of the most interesting and creative things I've seen on AT or, actually, anywhere this year. Wow.

I also grew up on the farm and have to agree with the hay-nay-sayers. There is a reason we no longer use hay and straw ticks for bedding.

I'm going to sort of echo lps. One of my worst experiences was trying to figure out how to paint a ceiling that had adhesive left over it from some stars someone had stuck up there at one point. ...

I'm with the Hideous before but nothing worth showing in the after. Taking the white paint off of the stair treads had to be awful.

So sorry about Coco. And congratulations on your new kitty. I've raised about 50 foster kittens and my best keep them from inappropriate clawing tip is to go to the scratching post ...

I think one thing she did really really well was lighting. It can be so hard to properly light a basement and you can tell there is a ton of light in there. Great job. I like the idea of display...

Is there a way to submit prime finds for this? Every so often I find something wonderful in the Detroit list that doesn't work for me but seems a shame not to share.

I love all of the comments here today. What a change from the normal AT "OMG! Germz! We're all going to die!" group. I'm jumping on the "We all need a little dirt in our lives to ...

It is has two motels and a miniature golf course, it isn't a small town. A true Illinois small town has no motels (perhaps one "motor hotel" on the edge of town), two bars, a grain elevator and a ...

Good idea, not the best execution. I found the following recycled luggage (including train cases) on esty.com a few weeks ago ht...
