Does anyone remember the name of the reality tv show from many years ago that Lori Levine used to be on? It's not RHONY, it was about single women living in NYC and their dating stories. Anyone?
Would 'pan frying' work in the oven? I'm thinking you could add some oil to the same baking sheet you cooked the squash in and then place a layer of the pasta mixture to it and 'fry' it in the oven...

cold weather is perfect for crock pot meals like turkey pumpkin chili with cornbread. mmmm....
