I think it's probably for the best that the prints didn't work out in that space. That much sunlight would really fade them (unless you spent the extra money on UV glass in the picture frames).
I'm assuming this is the Cambridge house? Man I'd love to see it in person. I also should wander over to Georgetown and see the house on Olive Street as well.
Creepiest was discovering during our reno/demo that the stairs connect straight through with out neighbors...meaning we could have broken into to their place (or vice versa) since there was no dryw...
