What about quinoa? It's one of the most complete grains (full of aminio acids) and tastes great...my fav. is tossed on a salad.
I made this for dinner this weekend and it was delicious! I would recommend adding more basil (you can never have too much basil!). I also grilled chicken and tossed it in, which was a good choice ...
