I really love this!! This style is so much like my own, or at least what I'd like it to be. :)
My favorite is the dutch oven! I would definitely be using it for the famous no-knead bread recipe.
Adding a few drops of essential oil to your vinegar/water mix helps cut down on the vinegar smell. I like lavender myself.
I use the Method O-Mop for quick cleaning, but I actually get on my hands and knees and scrub with a brush once a month or so to get it super clean. Fortunately, my kitchen isn't too big, about 8x16.
