While I agree it is a nice improvement, making the bed first would have helped a great deal (of course, then the makeover would have been less dramatic). Plus that step is free!
definitely an improvement! I would have kept at least some of the top cupboard doors to streamline the look a bit, but I do like all the lighting above and below the cabinets. Definitely helps ligh...
