alisnave....the shade was just a basic Thomas O'Brian one from target that i covered with the leftover fabric i had from the ottoman. i used spray glue to apply the fabric to the shade. so simple...

I was able to buy some of the toys at the store in San Francisco. My understanding was that any of the toys or nursery items (except the furntiure) that they didn't have in stock could be ordered.
Not sure if you could say I have "experience" with it yet but we have the i'coo targo. The baby isn't going to be here for another 2 or 3 weeks so we haven't used it yet.
