these are suprisingly comfy and seems like a fairly doable DYI. the wooden dowels are individual pieces that sit on what looks like a foam cushion, so the dowels conform to your butt.
my stairs are in a hallway shared by many people - the hallway has a slight smell and i think it may be the carpet on the stairs. this would help me get rid of that smell!
