Love love love rillettes. One my favorite dinners is some toast, rillettes, cornichons and tomatoes. Add a dab of mustard and a glass of red wine, and you have a little piece of heaven.

In college, we just left our basket on top of the machine in question - if someone needed the machine and you weren't there to collect your stuff, they just put it in your basket and set it aside.

BTW, you can get the knives individually, for about $10 each, at the store, as opposed to together for $30 online.
