I've made Zuni Cafe's roast chicken. Without a wood burning oven, my homemade version was not quite as good as theirs, but it was definitely the best chicken I've ever roasted.

My first inclination was to say "coffee" since I have been known to drink both at the same. But coffee is not really something to eat so I'll say freshly made beignets with tons of powdered sugar.

I drink 1.5-2 L bubbly water a day and would love to have one of these at home. I like mine straight up or with a twist of meyer lemon.
