How can anyone NOT be happy in this room? Beautiful use of color! And I adore the little desk and chair. Where did it come from?
I too join the cry of "winner" and "nursery tour"!
I love the yellow wardrobe with the yellow picture frames and box on the walls. Good job on the Spool birds too - Im in the middle of pinning my pieces together for a similar thing.
Love that chair! I'm a little leery though about the beautiful but paint chipped dresser since I'm guessing you don't know what kind of paint that is...
I love this! It's eclectic and everything just fits so well together. The best entries have definitely been saved for last. I'm getting so much great inspiration as I work on my daughter's nursery.
I agree - the stark combo is too modern for the flooring. I'd say leave the mantle white to match the baseboards and paint the remaning portions something softer. Maybe a sand color, then purchase ...
I would hate to be a guest chowing down, only to suddenly discover that I had just removed a forkful of green beans from a man's pubic area. This is an ICK for me.
We actually just purchased Armstrong flooring last month and are waiting for it to come in next week so a friend can install it in the kitchen and entry.
We found it at three places -...
I'm guessing that the mobile is a DIY one using the plush bird pattern from Spool? Even if not, if you're looking for one like that Shayla, either you or someone you know who sews could make it usi...
I still have all my Breyer horses in a box in the attic. As a girl, I loved horses and got one of these every year on my borthday and Christmas, and inherited a few from my mom. In fact, I'm pretty...

Also, what's with the singular nipple on that first guy? I'd be afraid I had just scraped it off and eaten it.

The lint pad would be used daily as we have some lovely pets that shed ridiculously. I get tired of rolling a sticky lint roller over me all the time!
Yeah, this took me back to my childhood. Mom always had a few sheep that looked like this stuck in the lawn in our frontyard.

hehiranyc - my thoughts exactly. Very funny.
If I lived in SF I'd be all over that antique farm table. Except that I got one like it here in IND off of CL (but slightly worse shape) for only $20.
