if the 5 1/2-quart Round French Oven fits a whole chicken, then a whole chicken it shall have inside of it. with carrots, onions, garlic, and potatoes, of course.
certainly not an original choice, but paella is delicious to eat. don't have much experience cooking spanish food...so i clearly need to win this book.

I want these! I use an old pepper grinder for kosher salt; it would be wonderful to have a grinder made expressly for salt.
