I would paint the porch, matching most of it to the trim of the house, using 1 or 2 accent colors. Pick out the spindles of the bannister, or maybe the edge of each step, in a very noticeable accen...
Immersion blender - a gadget I have only because I don't like chunks of veggies floating in soups or tomato sauces.
Ice shaver - to make homemade sno-cones :)

I have a vertical lid organizer (the organizer is horizontal, lays on the shelf of my island, holds the lids vertically) that NEVER EVER EVER holds the lids properly. I've had it for 5 years, every...
Being a huge klutz, I just can't pick the worst spill! My top 3 off the top of my head: dropped a liter of olive oil on the concrete front steps of my old house, leaving them slicked over for month...
Hasn't the iconic view of Boston-from-the-water come to be one including the hotel with the arch in the middle? I believe if the rendering above included one more building to the south, it would sh...

I use tongs, if I'm only using 1 or 2 lemons or limes. Actually, I very rarely juice more than 2, so I guess I can just say I use tongs.

Roast! Can't believe that's not an option
The last snowstorm made me wish for stew, but since they're now forecasting temps in the upper 50s for the weekend, I'm at a loss.
I have always made mine with brown sugar, cinnamon and dried apple slices, LOVE cream of wheat! Man, I could have used a bowl this morning.
My secret: buy a bottle of champagne, only to be uncorked when all filing is complete. Then celebrate!
