I made Martha's Earl Gray cookies as well! Rave reviews. Now I'm making Ina's shortbread cookies dipped in chocolate for a dinner party on Thursday. Yum!
I always wonder about this stuff, I don't eat the skin (I know, it's amazing, but I'm trying to be healthy...), do you think this recipe would be ok without the skin on or would it dry up?

What about green beans, blanched, with an onion dip? A take on the green bean casserole, but as Crudites instead!!
