Mirandabee, was that a pun?? ;-)
My personal comment on the item: Oh, now they're just phoning it in. What a fairly useless and not very decorative item.
It's human nature to take an interest in how your neighbors are, especially if you are living a somewhat isolated life as some people in big city apartment buildings do.
This idea is spot on. I am fortunate to be living in a house I love in a neighborhood where I want to live, and I'm all about "upgrades" that make me happy now and will impress someone someday if ...
The wall color in the picture shown above looks just like the color I used in my kitchen, and I'm really happy with it. A nice soft green looks wonderful in any room.
I'm thinking, why not sink the tub into the floor if you can? Then cover it when it's dry and not in use. As it stands, it's not that horrible, just unusual.
An interesting idea. Although it would have to be much less expensive to be practical, and I'd rather see something other than batteries used to turn it on, this could lead to things like a self-w...
I love pink. That first room is great, I adore the paint effect on the pink wall. Paired with white, or a soft green or yellow, pink is a great accent color too.
um, yeah, what are those things? Candlesticks? I understand going for a decorative look, but that pushes my "useless things all over the wall where something better could have gone" button.
P.S. - I store all my leftover paint in those large plastic Folgers containers. It seems to be working well so far, hopefully the paint won't affect the plastic in some way or vice-versa.
I tried watching "Hoarders" and ended up erasing the episodes that I TIVO'd. It was just too heartbreaking. That said, I lived with a packrat. Every closet was full of his "stuff", and I had no ...

I am loving that red door.
Wow, that's worthy of Ace of Cakes!
This is like the most awesome clubhouse EVER. Actually I believe I could live there, if the raw-looking surfaces were painted.

These two guys have used up the world's supply of Halloween season Win for 2009.
Where's the pink netbook?

I don't normally go for a wall being painted that way, but I am loving this version.
It's lovely...until the cat takes a nap there! (Unless of course you have a white cat!) ;-)

I adore pink, but oh my, that first picture is more pink than I can handle on a regular basis! Still, it's beautifully done.

Fraise-- Et voilà, so can we all who remember the days of Ascii codes! ;-)
The word "MONO" on the front entrance should be going from top to bottom for readability (the way a book binding is.)
