i had a cardboard 3 drawer thing(?) similar to this way back when i was in HS... i think it came from the dollar store or maybe kmart - it actually held up very well, but all i used it for was sock...

i used to live in south florida - and the wall to wall tile, in EVERY room, is quite common - it may seem odd, but the summers are unbearably HOT and the tiles can do a lot to help keep things cool...
