That is a beautiful machine - my 20 year old blender has seen too many milkshakes, pina coladas, and purees!

I just made paninis with leftover turkey and swiss cheese. I didn't have a great pan like this so I used a cast iron frying pan and another pan squished down on top of the sandwich.

I would definitely do a molasses spice or gingerbread with royal icing
