Buy everything except for the car seat from Craig's List or eBay. Don't count on people to get you what you need at your shower.
I'll rate these as 5 = MUST have, 4 = really nice, 3 = ...
That's great! We use a Pax system for clothes - his, hers and baby's, but eventually we'll probably live in a bigger space without the need. Glad to know that they'll continue to be useful.
