Eliane, I have the chairs (I opted for the separate chairs that fold out into a twin bed each, rather than the sofa) from DoorStore. They are surprisingly comfortable to sit or sleep on.

I would check Ikea. Most of their boxes are made of birch plywood but I imagine staining them to your liking won't be too difficult.
