I second the Lorina lemonade bottles. I've been using one to get through the apple cider I pressed a couple of weeks ago.
I'm of the 'heat apple cider, add dark rum, bourbon or applejack' variety of boozy apple cider, but these all sound good too.

I found a recipe for a really good pork, sweet potato & apple stew that uses cider. Delicious!

I second the squash soup. A good chili or braise would be lovely and fall based.
Could you use wheat bran to bread chicken breasts instead of cornflakes/bread crumbs or would that be too much?
